Here's how NRI customers can update FACTA details in the account. Login to NRI Banking. Click on 'Raise a service request'. Click on 'FATCA/ CRS Updation. Select 'A/c No.'. Enter 'Country of Birth'. Enter the 'Country of Citizenship.' Enter the Country of Residence for Tax Purposes and follow the process.
